30 minutes from Die, the Gîte des Prés de la Drôme is located halfway between the two essentials of Crest and Saillans. Positioned on the left bank of the Drôme river, access is 500m away, allowing you in turn a relaxing and refreshing break, a quiet stroll or, on the contrary, to seek thrills in a canoe. An approach to the 3 Becs massif is essential, as is a visit to the syncline and the forest of Saoû, medieval and historic villages as well as markets with multiple flavors. Undoubtedly you will taste Picodon, Clairette de Die and walnuts, emblems of a territory full of know-how. The Roanne and Gervanne rivers are also other nuggets to discover. The Drôme Provençale is not far either! (Marsanne, Bourdeaux, Dieulefit...) Between valleys, mountains and rivers, let yourself be tempted by a warm and friendly stay just 45 minutes from Valence and Montélimar.
The house is laid out on 2 levels with many steps as follows: on the ground floor living room with lounge area (sofa bed available as an extra bed only and on request), half-level kitchen, laundry room/storeroom , separate wc. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with mosquito net, standing fan, storage (140x190) (2x90x190 can be combined into a 180x190) (2x90x190 can be combined into a 180x190), bathroom, separate wc. For your exclusive use: covered terrace, garden with swings. The cottage is adjoining our house but you have independent access and an exterior without vis-à-vis. Our animals (donkeys and goats, dog and cat) will delight young and old alike. We will be pleased to introduce you to our beautiful region. Nearby: a small railway track.
